On particularly rough days when I’m sure I can’t possibly endure, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days so far is 100%. And that’s pretty good.

And so the journey begins! I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology in May 2013, and completed my graduate degree at Johnson and Wales University, earning my Masters of Science in Counseling in February of 2016.

My approach to therapy is unique to each client. I always focus on being strength-based and person centered, using other tools to assist with you own specific needs. I am trained in many evidence based practices, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, MATCH-ADTC, Social Thinking, and Functional Family Therapy.

Having a safe, neutral person to talk to can alleviate built-up tension in your spirit and help you reach your goals. As your therapist, I have the exciting opportunity to help express yourself in a comfortable, therapeutic, non-judgmental environment. I am ready to hear you, help you, and support you. I have specialized training and experience working with children and adolescents and would love to help your family work through difficulties in parenting or behavioral issues. I am experienced in working with adults and am here to help you work through this journey of life.

Please feel free to contact me to talk about how we can work together to improve your quality of life! Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, social skills, relational conflict, or looking for a therapist for your child struggling with emotional difficulties, I am excited to work with you.

In addition to my academic and work experiences, I also possess a tremendous amount of patience, trustworthiness, ethical principle, communication skills, and respect for patient confidentiality.
